Commercial Inspections consist of:

1. The structure
2. The electrical system
3. The heating system
4. The air conditioning system
5. The ventilation system
6. The plumbing system and fixtures
7. The roof structure
8. Interior components
9. The exterior wall components, from the exterior, including doors, windows, and signage
10. Landscape components including walkways, driveways (excluding sewers), and retaining walls
11. Insulation spot-check

Inspections are done in compliance with ASTM Standard E2018-01.
